My today’s post is about comparing the Tineco Pure One S11 Vs LG Cordzero: Which one is better? After considering many aspects, I called this match a tie.
The LG Cordzero Ultimate is a technology-rich vacuum with good overall cleaning performance on both hard floors and carpets, thanks to two dedicated floorheads. It includes a free-standing station that can charge two batteries simultaneously and requires no drilling into the wall. And with a rich set of attachments, it can meet various cleaning needs.
The Tineco Pure One S12 is also a great option from the brand Tineco. Its most significant added value, in my opinion, is the ability to self-adjust the suction, thanks to the iLoop sensor. In addition, this model has a quality filter system and a sealed system, making it a great choice for allergy sufferers.

Tineco Pure One S11 Vs LG CordZero: Differences
No one is a winner. The LG Cordzero excels on carpets, its convenient self-standing charging station is ideal for those who oppose wall drilling, and its run time can easily be doubled thanks to the two included batteries. On the other hand, the Pure One S11 features a large dust cup, a sealed system, a useful LCD screen, and an iLoop sensor that automatically adjusts suction power.
Cleaning Performance

Suction Power
The Tineco Pure One S11 can generate a maximum suction power of 150 Air Watts (AW), which is on par with the Dyson V12 (150 AW) but less than the Dyson V15 (230 AW). The LG CordZero Ultimate’s highest suction power is slightly less at 140 AW.
The LG Cordzero comes out of the box with two brush rolls: a soft roller (power floor nozzle) and a standard brush roll (universal power nozzle). Meanwhile, the Tineco Pure One S11 only includes the standard roller (multi-task brush roll). The soft roller is an ideal tool for vacuuming hard surfaces, whereas the standard roller works best on carpets.

Hard Floor
The Tineco Pure One S11, with the multi-task power brush attached, performed poorly on my hard floor. It was okay with fine dust and small debris but almost useless with medium to large-sized debris. The reason is that its cleaning head is quite low to the surface and has small front gates, making it only able to push larger debris around instead of actually sucking it up.
The LG CordZero Ultimate performed brilliantly on this type of surface. With the soft roller, it inhaled everything, including large debris, which the Tineco Pure One S11 couldn’t. I believe the LG CordZero’s excellent result is down to the specialized soft floorhead.
That said, working on hard floors isn’t the multi-surface brush’s cup of tea. The good news is that you can make the Pure One S11 perform better on hard floors by spending extra bucks on a dedicated soft roller. It really helped my Pure One S11 get rid of everything on the floor.
Carpet
On carpets, both captured about 99.9% of the debris or so, and the S11 might remove slightly more than the LG Cordzero. 99% is an excellent result, but once I turned these machines off, their floorhead released a small amount of debris to the surface. This has never been the case with my Dyson V15 – maybe thanks to its stronger suction power, everything was sent to the dust cup before the machine was powered off.
Hair
Both picked up hair very well on all surfaces. They had no problem with fur and shorter hair but a decent amount of long hair wrapped around the roller of the multi-surface floorhead.
I used the LG Cordzero with the power punch nozzle, and it could pick up all the hair without any tangles. Sadly, the same didn’t happen with the Pure One S11’s mini power brush – there was a lot of hair that stayed on the roller, and it couldn’t be removed for easy cleaning.

Attachments And Storage

The Tineco Pure One S11 comes with a wall mount that can be used to store/charge the vacuum and hold three attachments. I usually attach the mini power brush, 2-in-1 dusting brush, and crevice tool to the wall-mounted charger and put the rest in a nearby cupboard.
The LG Cordzero, on the other hand, comes with a 2-in-1 charging station that can be used as a wall-mounted rack or a self-standing station. For those who oppose drilling into the wall, like me, this is truly a lifesaver. It can charge two batteries simultaneously but still can’t house the entire set of attachments. LG engineers went the extra mile to make the All-In-One charging station for their cordless vacuums, which can hide all the attachments inside the station’s casing when not in use.
Weight And Maneuverability
The weights of the Tineco Pure One S11 vs LG Cordzero are 5.7 pounds and 5.95 pounds, respectively. I would say they are lightweight, and they are even lighter if used as portable vacuums. But they are a bit top-heavy, which can put a bit of pressure on the wrist and arms.
Both have swivel heads that make turning on a dime easy. But the Pure One S11 can’t lie completely flat on the ground, which prevented me from going further under the furniture.
Battery Life

---|---|---|
Battery Life | Highest mode: ≈ 11 mins | Normal mode: ≈ 41 mins |
Auto mode: ≈ 34-45mins | Power mode: ≈ 19 mins | |
Turbo mode: ≈ 7 mins | ||
Charging Time | ≈ 3-4 hours | ≈ 3.5 hours |
I measured the battery life of these machines with the floorhead attached. If used with suction-only tools, such as the 2-In-1 and crevice tools, they will run a bit longer.
The S11 sports a 2,500 mAh lithium-ion battery, whereas the LG Cordzero uses a 2300 mAh battery. That’s why the Tineco Pure One S11 could run longer.
Both the Tineco Pure One S11 vs LG Cordzero use rechargeable, detachable batteries. I always give props to cordless vacuums with detachable batteries since if the battery runs out of juice or is damaged, I could just swap the battery and keep cleaning.
The LG Cordzero comes with two batteries, but the extra battery pack for the Tineco S11 had to be purchased separately. Both Tineco Pure One S11 Vs LG CordZero’s charging stations have a slot for a spare battery, so they can charge two batteries simultaneously.
Dust Cup And Filter System
Winner: Tineco Pure One S11
The Pure One S11’s dust canister has a capacity of 0.6 liters. I call this a reasonable size for a cordless stick vacuum, which is not particularly large but not small either. It is also easy to remove the entire canister from the unit for easier cleaning. That way, you don’t have to take the bulky unit to the trash just to empty its dust cup.
It is worth noticing that the Pure One S11’s dust cup also holds the debris/dust sensor, which should not get wet. So I recommend wiping things down and avoiding washing the cup.
The A9 Ultimate’s dustbin has a capacity of 0.399 liters, which is a tad small and filled up very quickly in my tests. It doesn’t have the dirt compacting feature like the LG CordZero Kompressor version, which compresses the contents inside the cup so it can hold more. It has a quick-release button that opens the bottom door, but it doesn’t have a mechanism that pushes dirt downward like Dyson stick vacuums. So I found myself having to dig inside the dust tank with my hand several times to remove all the clogged things because of the position of the pre-filter.
The Tineco S11 features a sealed system and a quality filtration system that includes a metal mesh pre-filter, a cloth pre-filter, and a post-motor HEPA filter, making the machine ideal for people with severe allergies. The pre-filter can be washed hands-free thanks to the pre-filter cleaning attachment.
The LG Cordzero, on the other hand, sports a 5-step filtration system that traps up to 99.9% of dust particles. Unfortunately, it has no fully sealed system.

Cleaning Mode
Tineco Pure One S11 has two cleaning modes: Auto and Max. It is equipped with the iLoop sensor (similar to the piezoelectric sensor on the Dyson V15 and V12) to measure the amount of debris/dust in the incoming air. Then it adjusts the suction power of the vacuum: increases the suction if there is a lot of debris/dust and decreases the suction when there is less debris/dust. That way, this feature allows for optimal cleaning time.
On the flip side, the LG Cordzero includes three vacuuming modes: normal, power, and turbo. Hopefully, LG engineers will soon apply cutting-edge technologies to their future models so that they can also automatically adjust the suction like that.
Display Screen
I was quite surprised that the LG Cordzero has no screen, considering it comes from a behemoth of the electronics industry. Meanwhile, the Pure One S11 features a large circular LED display. It contains a loop that will change color depending on the amount of dust/debris detected by the iLoop sensor. Blue means the incoming air is dust-free, whereas red indicates a lot of dust and debris. The screen also notifies if the roller is tangled, the sensor needs to be maintained, the air channel is blocked, and the wifi is connected.
App Connectivity
I can connect the LG Cordzero vacuum to my smartphone or Apple Watch through the LG ThinQ app. It shows me how often and for how long my CordZero vacuum is used, which breaks down into what modes are used over weeks, months, and years. I found this information not really helpful, but I love its smart diagnosis, which shows me the vacuum’s operational condition and maintenance tips. The app also alerts me when the vacuum gets fully charged.
Likewise, the Tineco Pure One S11 can also be connected to a smartphone via the Tineco smartphone app. It shows the amount of vacuumed dust, the working hours and status, the filter status, and the battery charge. It sounds useful, but all of those are displayed on the LED screen. And who uses a smartphone while vacuuming?
On/Off Control
Tineco Pure One S11 has a trigger system that activates the vacuum, like the Dyson V15. But it is also equipped with a trigger lock to solve the perennial problem of Dyson cordless vacuums (except the V12): holding down the trigger to keep the machine running, which results in tired fingers. The LG CordZero Ultimate, on the other hand, has several physical buttons to turn the vacuum on/off and switch between cleaning modes.
