I decided to give the Jet 75 Complete a better score in this round because its package includes a clean station and an extra battery. Though these can be purchased separately, their prices are quite high. Besides, the bottom of the dust cup of the regular Jet 75 does not have the same mechanism as the one of Jet 75 Complete. This means you have to buy a compatible dust cup to use with the clean station.
In terms of the clean station, what I truly like is the concept of a convenient and hygienic way to empty the dust cups with no hassle of dust clouds. With just a push of a button, the dust content is released into the dust bags. Their clean stations also have HEPA filtration, so the fine dust and odor are captured effectively.
Nevertheless, the notable drawback when using the clean station is the extra expense of buying new disposable replacement dust bags periodically.
On the other hand, the Jet 75 Complete has fewer accessories for cleaning tasks than the regular Jet 75. The Jet 75 includes the flex tool for easier cleaning of hard-to-reach above-floor surfaces, and this accessory is sold separately.
Cleaning performance

For the cleaning performance, both regular Jet 75 and Jet 75 Complete work decently on hardwood floors and carpets, especially low and medium carpets, in my experience. They have the same suction power of 200 AW, the same cleaner head designs, and the same number of power modes (3 modes). Besides, on the latest version of the Samsung Jet 75 series (2022 version), the Jet mode, the strongest suction level, is included.
I often use the medium power mode for my daily cleaning, and it runs for about 25 mins, which is enough for me. The suction is strong enough to pick up grass, sand, and hair on the floors and around my carpets. On high power mode, the suction is much stronger, and I found it hard to push the vacuum over my carpets as it tends to lift up the carpet.
If you have a package of two different cleaner heads, I recommend changing them between surfaces to optimize the cleaning performance. The regular turbo brush cleaner head can work on carpets and bare floors, but I think that it is best for carpets.
It is because, in the large-debris pick-up tests, the turbo brush head pushes things around when used on bare floors and needs more passes to clean them up. Meanwhile, on the carpet, it requires less effort to suck in larger things like high-pile of cereals and fruit loops.
On the bare floor, using the soft brush head can give the most satisfying result as all things are picked, like cat litter, cat and dog hairs, dog kibbles, dander, etc. However, you should not collect sharp-edge things like broken glasses with the Jet 75 series because such things can damage the brush and other parts of the vacuum.
Things I do not really like about these two Samsung stick vacuums are that they do not have headlights and a self-cleaning brushroll. With a price of around $400, I expect them to have at least the LED headlights because this feature will reveal tiny dust on the bare floor effectively. The self-cleaning brushroll function is optional, but I think it would be a selling point to pet owners.
Samsung Jet 75 vs Jet 75 Complete: Similarities
As they are in the same series, the regular Samsung Jet 75 and Jet 75 Comple have the same design, dust cup, and filtration type.
Design & Convenience
They have the same weight of about 6.2 lbs and the same power control button. As they are lightweight and have good swiveling heads, maneuvering them between different floor types is easy. They have the same LED display showing the selected modes and alerts, which I believe is useful to get you to perform proper maintenance to ensure long-term efficiency.
In terms of battery life, the estimated run time is also similar. Particularly, in the min, mid, and max modes, their runtimes are about 60 mins, 24 mins, and 10 mins, respectively. On the latest version 2022, the Jet mode drains the battery quickly with a runtime of about 3-5 mins. Besides, the Jet 75 and Jet 75 Complete all have 3.5 hours of charging time, which is average compared to other vacuum brands on the market.
Dust bin & Filtration
Both Samsung Jet 75 and Jet 75 Complete have a dust cup capacity of 0.8 liters and an advanced 5-layer HEPA filtration system. For me, this dust cup size is enough for my daily cleaning intervals, and the filtration does a good job of capturing fine dust and filtering odor. It is claimed that the 5-layer filtration of the Jet 75 series can filter up to 99.99% of microdust and allergen.
Additionally, their dust cups are detachable and can be thoroughly washed with dishwasher soap or just plain water. One important note for you is to let the dust cup parts completely dry, usually 24h after washing, before assembling to avoid damaging the vacuum motors.
