The Samsung Jet 75 comes in many sub-variants, such as Samsung Jet 75 Pet Vs Complete, and the only difference between them is the set of accessories and attachments. Specifically, the Samsung Jet 75 Pet comes with fewer accessories, and even this variant comes out of the box with the fewest attachments. On the other side of the spectrum, the Samsung Jet 75 Complete includes a nearly full set of attachments.

Samsung Jet 75 Pet Vs Complete: Differences
Obviously, the Samsung Jet 75 Complete comes out as the winner because it comes with the most accessories, and what the Jet 75 Pet lacks is a combination tool, a flexible tool, and a clean station.

As you can see, the Samsung Jet 75 Pet comes with fewer accessories and attachments. It lacks a combination tool, a flexible tool, and a clean station.
- Combination tool: It is a combination of an upholstery tool and a dusting brush, which I usually use to dust delicate surfaces like curtains or the surface of furniture.
- Flexible tool: This tool allows for pivoting the floorhead at various angles, which is helpful for getting into some hard-to-reach areas. In addition to the cleaning head, It can be used with any of the attachments.
- Clean station: There is no denying that it is the best part of the Jet 75 Complete’s purchase. Samsung engineers went the extra mile to create this device to make the process of emptying the dust cup easier, more convenient, and hygienic.
Samsung Jet 75 Pet Vs Complete: Similarities
Cleaning Performance
These variations don’t come with dedicated soft rollers, so it’s no surprise that they didn’t pass this test with flying colors. They could pick up almost all fine dust and small debris but push larger debris around instead of sucking it up.
On carpets, they did a better job of picking up large debris, with a removal rate of up to 97%. But they couldn’t eliminate all the small debris deep in the carpet fibers, even with the highest power setting turned on. The other minor problem was that they spewed out a small amount of debris after powering off.
Also, like other models without anti-twist technology, there is a significant amount of long hair stuck on the roller. That said, it is essential to remove the roller and untangle it regularly to extend the life of the motor and maintain the cleaning performance of the unit.
Design And Usability
Weight And Storage
The Samsung Jet 75 is very light at 5.78 pounds, making it very easy to maneuver. It will be even lighter if used as a handheld vacuum by detaching the wand. It has a swivel head, which makes turning on a dime as easy as pie. It can also lie almost completely flat on the surface, allowing it to go further under the furniture. It would be better if this model were equipped with LED headlights, making it easier to vacuum in the dark.
This stick can’t stand on its own without wall support. It isn’t a design flaw, in my opinion, since it is a widespread issue for most cord-free vacuums: top-heavy. But I found it to be fairly well balanced – at least it didn’t make my hand and wrist tired after a while.
The Jet 75 includes a wall-mounted charging base, which provides a more singular location for the vacuum and attachments. But I’m one of those who oppose drilling into walls, so I favor self-standing charging stations like the one of the Jet 90. Jet 75’s wall-mounted base doesn’t have room for all the accessories, not to mention a slot for a spare battery.
Battery Life
Samsung advertises that this model can run for up to 60 minutes between charges, but they should make it a bit clear that this is only true if the machine is attached to suction-only tools. In fact, with the floorhead attached, I found it ran out of battery significantly faster than that.
Samsung Jet 75 | |
---|---|
Battery Life | Min: ≈ 42 mins |
Mid: ≈ 24 mins | |
Jet: ≈ 10 mins | |
Charge Time | ≈ 215 mins |
The Samsung Jet 75 uses removable and swappable batteries, so buying an extra battery can make sense, especially for people who live in large homes. Its wall-mounted charging station can only charge one battery at a time, making it more inconvenient than the Samsung Jet 90‘s self-standing charging stand.
Dust Cup And Filter System
The Samsung Jet 75’s dust cup can hold up to 0.5 liters of dirt. It’s neither big nor small – just adequate for a stick vacuum. Emptying it doesn’t rely on a quick-release mechanism like the Tineco Pure One S11 or a “point and shoot” mechanism like the Dyson V15. Instead, it’s a bit more complicated: detach the dust cup from the vacuum with the push of a button, remove the washable micro filter, remove the cyclone assembly, and turn the dust cup upside down to empty. This process is quite time-consuming and makes your fingers prone to getting dirty.
Fortunately, you can empty the dust cup more hygienically and easily with the Clean Station. This tower comes with the Jet 75 Complete, but it can also be purchased separately at Samsung’s website. There is a disposable bag inside that needs to be replaced frequently, but that’s a very small recurring fee.
Utilities
The Jet 75 Pet has a button design to turn the machine on and off and change the vacuuming modes. So it can cut down on the hand/wrist fatigue that you could experience with the trigger system of the Dyson V15.
In addition, it has a digital display that shows the cleaning mode and some alerts about blockages and filter maintenance. But the lack of estimated remaining battery life takes the shine off its convenience.
