Samsung Jet 75 Complete vs Multi: Both are the Jet 75 cord-free vacuum, but with different sets of attachments. As far as I know, the Samsung Jet 75 Multi is the exclusive version of Hong Kong. Anyway, the Samsung Jet 75 Complete is the better choice since it comes with more attachments.

Samsung Jet 75 Complete Vs Multi: Differences
The Jet 75 Complete is the better package overall. The most striking part is the Clean Station which helps empty the dust cup easily and hygienically.

Samsung Jet 75 Complete includes the turbo action brush (multi-faceted floorhead) that’s designed to clean all surfaces but is most effective on carpets. The Samsung Jet 75 Multi, on the other hand, comes out of the box with a soft action brush that’s specifically designed for hard floors.
As expected, the Jet 75 Complete failed to pick up all the debris on my hardwood floor. It picked up a good amount of small debris, but not all, and pushed the majority of the large debris around. However, it was a superstar on my carpets, with a removal rate of up to 97%.
In contrast, the Samsung Jet 75 Multi got the job done easily on my floor with its soft roller but was nearly useless on carpets. That said, the soft roller is just a bomb on hard floors. The good news is that both the turbo action brush and soft action brush can be purchased separately.
The best part of the Jet 75 Complete is the included Clean Station, which makes emptying its dust cup easy and hands-free. All I had to do was put the dustbin on top of this tower, and all the contents would be automatically sent into a disposable bag inside it. That way, this unit has solved a widespread issue with many vacuums: a dust cloud is formed when emptying the dust cup.
Samsung Jet 75 Complete Vs Multi: Similarities
Storage
Like the Dyson V15 and many other models, the Samsung Jet 75 includes a wall-mounted charger – this seems to be the most popular storage solution for cord-free vacuums. But I give props to the self-standing charging stand, like the one of the Samsung Jet 90, just because I don’t like to make holes in my wall.
The Jet 75’s charger only has room for two attachments, so I had to store the rest somewhere else – not a deal breaker, but it is quite inconvenient. Moreover, it cannot charge two batteries at the same time. I also wish it had a telescoping wand like the Jet 90, allowing me to increase or decrease the vacuum’s length with ease.
Cleaning Modes And Battery Life
The Samsung Jet 75 has three vacuuming modes: min, mid, and jet, and one mopping mode: wet. How long the run time lasts between two charges depends greatly on the mode selected.
Samsung Jet 75 | |
---|---|
Battery Life (with the floorhead attached) | Min: ≈ 42 mins |
Mid: ≈ 24 mins | |
Jet: ≈ 10 mins | |
Charge Time | ≈ 215 mins |
If used with suction-only attachments, such as the combination and crevice tools, the vacuum can operate a little longer. It uses a detachable battery, so it might make sense to buy a spare battery to extend operating time. Its charging stand has no slot for a secondary battery, so I usually charge two batteries alternately the day before to have two fully charged batteries the next day.
Dust Cup And Filter
The Samsung Jet 75 sports a 0.5-liter dust cup, which is removable from the handheld unit for easy maintenance. But emptying it will be easier and more hygienic thanks to the Clean Station. I’m also glad that the dust tank is dishwasher-safe so that I can clean it regularly!
Another selling point of the Samsung Jet 75 is its 5-layer HEPA filtration system, which Samsung claims traps 99.999% of microdust. The system includes a cyclone and metal mesh grille filter assembly, a microfilter, and a HEPA filter. The first two filters are washable, and I recommend washing them monthly. As for the HEPA filter, you should remove any dust and dirt from it as needed.
Utilities
The Samsung Jet 75 has a display screen that shows the selected cleaning mode and alerts about airflow problems, clogs, and a lack of filters. It is useful, but hopefully, Samsung engineers will add the estimated remaining runtime to the screen of subsequent models.
