In my experience, there is a tie in the Samsung Bespoke Jet vs Dyson V15 comparison. Both vacuums could be considered the best vacuum products on the current market.
The Dyson V15 Detect has better cleaning performance due to its well-designed cleaner heads and incredible suction. Besides, its dust cup is larger and easier to dump. Moreover, the Dyson V15 features effective laser lights on the soft fluffy cleaner head, state-of-the-art dust sensors, and an advanced LCD screen to optimize the cleaning job.
Samsung Bespoke Jet, on the other hand, stands out for its clean station, allowing easy dust-bin dumping with just a touch of a button and no hassle of dust clouds. It is also lighter and has a shorter charging time and more convenient controls than the Dyson V15. However, its cleaning efficiency and utility are not as great as those of the Dyson V15.

Samsung Bespoke Jet vs Dyson V15: Differences
In this comparison of Samsung Bespoke Jet vs Dyson V15, in my experience, the Dyson V15 and Bespoke Jet tie. This can be attributed to the better cleaning performance and utility of the Dyson V15. Meanwhile, the Bespoke Jet is outstanding with its clean station and more convenient design.
Cleaning performance
Winner: Dyson V15 Detect
Suction strength and control
For me, the suction of Samsung Bespoke Jet vs Dyson V15 is comparable overall, but the Dyson V15 suction is a little bit stronger. The highest suction performance they can reach is 210 AW for the Bespoke Jet and 230 AW for the Dyson V15.
The suction power of these vacuums can be changed, corresponding to the selected modes. This feature makes the Dyson V15 and Bespoke Jet compatible with different floor types, from low- to high-pile carpets to hardwood floors.
Specifically, the Bespoke Jet has 4 modes, while the Dyson V15 has 3 modes. Though the number of power modes on both vacuums is different, it can be basically divided into 3 levels: Min, Medium, and Max. The battery runtime is different between each mode, which I will discuss later, so you can scroll down for it.
Brushroll system
I prefer the brush rolls of the Dyson V15 to that of the Bespoke Jet. It can be attributed to the self-cleaning ability.
In fact, the Dyson V15 comes with two separate cleaner heads, one with the soft brush and one with the self-cleaning brush (De-tangling Digital Motorbar). Meanwhile, the Bespoke Jet goes with a dual-brush cleaner head that features a soft brush and a turbo brush. Thus, these two vacuums can work well on both carpeted and bare floors.
However, the brush of the Bespoke Jet easily gets jammed because the hair easily gets wrapped, and it does not feature a self-detangling function. I expected the Bespoke Jet to have that feature as many products in the same price range do. Yet, the dual brush design of the Bespoke Jet makes it more convenient to switch between surfaces without shutting off the power to change the cleaner head.
On the other hand, one of the cleaner heads of Dyson V15 is designed with a self-detangling ability, which is effective in preventing the clogging problem induced by hair wrapping. Nevertheless, when switching from the carpet to the bare floor, I have to change the cleaner head to optimize the cleaning performance. I find this is clumsy a little bit, but with its excellent self-cleaning brush roller, I can go with this small drawback.
Floor-type compatibility
Both Samsung Bespoke Jet and Dyson V15 can pick up fine to large debris and even pet hairs. Like many other cordless stick vacuums on the market, they work particularly well on low-pile carpets and hard floors. Furthermore, Dyson V15 and Bespoke Jet perform impressive deep carpet cleaning as their suction is incredible to pull up the embedded dirt.
For me, the Dyson V15 performs better cleaning efficiency due to its brush roll, in addition to its strong suction. It is way better in hair pick-up efficiency as its detangling brush roller effectively addresses the hair-clogged issue. Besides, its standard cleaner head has an adjustable nozzle gate, helping to optimize the overall cleaning on different floor types. By getting the gate open, it is easier to vacuum the large debris on the hard floors.
Moreover, I find that the Dyson fluffy soft roller is more efficient than the one on the dual-brush cleaner head of the Bespoke Jet. The soft roller of the Dyson V15 presents excellent pick-up efficiency for different shapes of debris and even large piles of fine-to-coarse particles.
Meanwhile, the soft roller of the Bespoke Jet is not motorized; in other words, it does not spin independently unless you push the vacuum. So, though it can work great on picking up fine and large particles, for large-pile debris on hard floors, it is not that great.
Dust bin & Filtration
Winner: Samsung Bespoke Jet
Clean station
I decided to choose the Bespoke Jet as the winner in this round because of its clean station. I really like its clean station as it helps me remove all the stuff in the dust cup with just a touch of a button. Besides, it also acts as a charger and the holder of the vacuum.
Particularly, all the things collected in the dust cup of the Bespoke Jet will get into a dust bag inside the clean station. Once the bag is full, the station will announce you to change the bag. I really like it because emptying the dust cup is free of dust clouds.
However, the clean station still presents some drawbacks. The first thing is the extra money I have to spend periodically on the dust bags. However, with its benefit of not getting my hands dirty and no dust cloud when emptying the dust cup, I can bare such extra costs.
Another drawback is that the lid of the dust cup does not automatically close after releasing stuff in the dust bag. Thus, I have to check the lid and ensure it is closed completely before vacuuming. Sometimes, I forgot this step, and the vacuumed dust flew back into the air.
For me, such disadvantages are insignificant to the benefits it brings to our health. So, the choice depends on you, but I think it is appropriate for people suffering from severe allergies or asthma.
Dust cup capacity & filtration system
In this sub-category, I give them a tie as the difference is not so significant that affecting the performance of the Dyson V15 Detect and Samsung Bespoke Jet.
First, in terms of the dust cup, the Dyson V15 Detect offers a little larger capacity than the Bespoke Jet. For the ease of dumping the dirt bin, I will lean over the Dyson V15 because it is easier to open than the Bespoke Jet, given that the clean station is not taken into consideration.
Particularly, on the Dyson V15, you just need to pull the trigger to get everything out. However, on the Bespoke Jet, when pressing the button on the bin, it is not immediately open, so I have to use my finger to open the lid. But the Bespoke Jet comes with a nice clean station. Thus, this little unpleasant thing is not considerable for me.
Besides, for the filtration, both do not feature HEPA filters, but their filtering efficiency meets the HEPA standard. Specifically, their filtration system is completely sealed and can filter up to 99.99% of microdust. If you want to get better filtration with an advanced HEPA filter, Dyson V15 Detect Absolute – the upgraded version of Dyson V15 Detect – is a good option to consider.
Design & Convenience
Winner: Samsung Bespoke Jet
Maneuverability
The top of the Dyson V15 is relatively heavier than that of the Bespoke Jet, in my experience. Therefore, when using the Dyson V15 as a handheld vacuum for cleaning above-floor surfaces, my arms get tired within a short time as the weight put on my forearm and wrist is significant. Meanwhile, holding and using the Bespoke Jet in the handheld form is more comfortable.
In addition, one thing I like about the Bespoke is that it has an extendable wand, so I can lengthen or shorten the wand depending on the surface I need to reach. Apart from that, the Bespoke Jet and Dyson V15 can transition easily between different floor types. Their swivel joints are also smooth, making steering them a piece of cake.
Controls
One thing I don’t like about the Dyson V15 is that I have to hold its power trigger during the cleaning section for vacuuming. It makes my fingers and hand hurt. However, this is not a problem on the Bespoke Jet because it does not have any trigger to hold but simple touch buttons.
In particular, on the Bespoke Jet, there are an on/off button and a power-selection button. After operating and selecting the power mode for it, I don’t have to press or hold the button for the whole cleaning time. Thus, handling the Bespoke Jet is more comfortable.
Battery
Based on the specifications, Dyson V15 and Bespoke Jet all have a max battery runtime of 60 minutes. Different modes will have different runtimes. Besides, the Bespoke Jet comes with a pack of two detachable batteries, increasing the max runtime up to 120 minutes.
The table below shows the actual runtime in different modes and charging times for the Bespoke Jet and Dyson V15. I get the actual runtime from the readouts on the LED/LCD screens of these vacuums. Then, I noticed that the runtime is impacted by not only the power modes but also the using attachments.
Samsung Bespoke Jet | Dyson V15 | |
---|---|---|
Runtime | Min: 42 – 60 mins Mid: 24 – 30 mins Max: 10 – 14 mins Jet: 3 – 8 mins | Eco: 60 – 85 mins Auto & Med: 30 – 43 mins Boost: 8 – 15 mins |
Charging time | 3.5 hours | 4.5 hours |
From the table, it is easy to notice that the battery runtime of the Dyson V15 is more impressive than that of the Bespoke Jet, and even exceeds the number specified in the manual. However, the Dyson V15 takes about an hour longer to get its battery fully charged, which can be considered a trade-off for greater battery life.
Utility
Winner: Dyson V15 Detect
Laser light
The laser light on the soft fluffy cleaner head of the Dyson V15 is outstanding, making it the winner of this round! I can easily see the tiny dust on the bare floor, making cleaning the hard floor far more satisfying. So, if your house has primarily bare floors, the laser light of the Dyson V15 is a useful feature to consider.
Intelligent sensors & display
The Dyson V15 outperforms the Samsung Bespoke Jet in this category. The dust sensor of the Dyson V15 is very impressive.
Specifically, the sensor in Dyson V15 calculates the dust diameter and density, detects the floor type, and then adjusts the suction as well as the spinning speed of the roller to maximize the cleaning efficiency. Therefore, I can tell that the Dyson V15 has a better overall cleaning performance than the Samsung Bespoke Jet.
Besides, the LCD screen of the Dyson V15 also displays the amount of dust collected in the dust bin. In this way, I can know how fresh my living environment is. In addition, the LCD screen also shows the power mode with the corresponding run-time countdown, which is also featured on the Bespoke Jet.
Attachments
In this aspect, I think that it is a tie for Samsung Bespoke Jet vs Dyson V15. Both have a sufficient number of accessories for me to tackle the dust on different surfaces and in various corners of my house, such as the crevice tool, pet brush, and dusting brush. Besides, these vacuums have wall-mounted docks for storing and charging.
Apart from that, the Samsung Bespoke Jet comes with an accessory cradle, allowing users to store all the attachments and charge the extra battery. For me, its cradle is a nice component, but it may take a little corner of the room to display.
