Cleaning Performance

Hard floor
On hard floors, both the PrettyCare W100 and W200 have quite impressive performance in vacuuming large debris, as they have larger than average front gates. While they still also maintain a decent seal for fine debris such as coffee grounds and even heavier fine debris like sand. Overall, I find their basic vacuuming ability on hard floors is adequate.
However, neither of them can’t pick up extra-large debris like froot loops. Even when they can pick up such debris, it tends to fall back onto the floor when I turn off the vacuum. This issue is primarily attributed to the relatively smaller intake hole on the handle or a lack of sufficient suction power. Although this is a common problem, even among some Dyson models, it is important to mention it.
When it comes to picking up pet hair on hard floors, both models do a commendable job. However, they are prone to getting clogged with hair on the brushes, requiring frequent cleaning and hair removal.
Carpet
When it comes to low-pile carpets, the PrettyCare W100 and W200 can get the job done, albeit with some limitations. However, you should set realistic expectations as their performance may be comparable to just sweeping with a broom rather than deep cleaning. To achieve satisfactory results, I have to go over the same area multiple times to remove dirt and debris.
Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worse when it comes to high-pile carpets. These vacuums simply lack the necessary power and ability to effectively penetrate and pick up debris from deep within the carpet fibers. As a result, they frequently get stuck, and the brush fails to rotate properly. I cannot recommend either of these vacuums for high-pile carpets.

Weight & Maneuverability
Moving around either the PrettyCare W100 or W200 is a breeze, thanks to their lightweight design. Weighing around 6.6 pounds, these vacuums make cleaning effortless and prevent fatigue. Interestingly, I found that the W100 has a better handle feel compared to the W200. Perhaps it’s due to the weight balance or some other subtle factor.
In terms of maneuverability, both vacuums excel. Their brush heads have a flexible design, allowing for a 180° swivel sideways and 90° movement up and down. This feature enables me to easily maneuver the vacuum under furniture, reaching those hard-to-reach areas with ease.
Battery Life
The stated battery life for these two vacuums is around 35 minutes on low power, which is impressive. They also claim to provide about 20 minutes of runtime on maximum power, but in my experience, it was closer to 15-17 minutes. Nevertheless, this is still above average compared to other models.
However, I did notice that the battery degraded quite quickly. After just 6 months of use, the battery was running for about 5 minutes even though it was fully charged. This significant decrease in battery life was disappointing and something to consider when evaluating the long-term performance of these vacuums.
Another difference, the W200 has a built-in battery compartment, which means you cannot remove the battery. On the other hand, the W100 does provide the option to remove the battery. I can recharge it separately or replace it if needed. This feature is especially useful if you want to have an extra battery on hand or if you need to replace a worn-out battery.
LED Display
The PrettyCare W100 lacks a digital display, unlike its counterpart, the PrettyCare W200. I appreciate the digital display on the W200, which clearly shows the remaining battery power in percentage form. However, it’s worth noting that the display decreases by five percent increments instead of one percent. Nevertheless, having this feature is still beneficial compared to not having any display at all.
Filtration System

Both the PrettyCare W100 and W200 have almost the same filtration systems, with the only minor difference being the type of HEPA filter used. The W100 features a cartridge HEPA filter, while the W200 utilizes a disk HEPA filter.
There are claims that the cartridge filter of the W100 is more effective in capturing dust and allergens compared to the disk filter of the W200. However, I have to admit that I haven’t noticed a significant difference in their filtration performance.
