The Samsung Jet 90 can be considered an upgraded model from the Samsung Jet 60. It comes with a greater amount of attachments, a dual-charging station, a LED display, and better battery life. Such features contribute to improving the cleaning performance and convenience of the vacuum.
The Samsung Jet 60 is a bit lighter than the Jet 90, and its performance is decent on different floor types. Moreover, it does feature an advanced sealed HEPA filtration system, the same as that of the Jet 90. However, it has fewer attachments, less suction power, no display, and shorter battery life. Thus, in my experience, it is not appropriate for large apartments and deep cleaning tasks.

In this comparison, the Samsung Jet 90 is better than the Jet 60 in all two assessed categories, including cleaning performance, design and convenience, and utility. In other words, the Jet 90 wins 2-0 against the Jet 60.
Cleaning performance
Winner: Samsung Jet 90
The Samsung Jet 90 performance on multiple floor types is better than the Jet 60, in my experience. It is because the Jet 90 has a relatively stronger suction power (200 AW) than the Jet 60 (150 AW). Moreover, it also includes a soft-brush cleaner head for higher efficiency in cleaning bare floors.
Particularly, the performances of the Jet Fit Brush of the Jet 60 and the Turbo Action Brush of the Jet 60 are quite comparable. They work on carpets and hard floors, but the pick-up efficiency on carpets is relatively better because the brush gives good surface agitation.
However, on the bare floor, they effectively pick up the debris with a size smaller than a coffee bean. With larger things, they barely pick up unless I lift up the vacuum and put the floorhead on the particles. Thus, I could say that their regular floorheads are decent for picking up hairs, small debris like sand and sugar, and other small and thin things like grass and dander.
Fortunately, the Jet 90 has a soft-brush cleaner head, which can improve the large-debris pick-up efficiency on bare floors. However, to effectively pick up all things on the floor, I need to run the vacuum over the surfaces slowly. The results are satisfactory for me as the Jet 90 with soft-brush head cleans up fine to large debris, such as popcorn, kibbles, hairs, and sand, very well.
Nevertheless, all cleaner heads of these Samsung vacuums do not feature an anti-hair wrap functionality. This means they are easy to get clogged up by tangled hair. Besides, they do not have headlights, so it is somehow difficult to spot the dirt on floors or areas I haven’t cleaned.

Maneuverability, display, and controls
The Samsung Jet 60 is a little lighter, about one pound lighter, than the Samsung Jet 90. With a weight of 5 lbs, maneuvering the Jet 60 for a long time is more comfortable. On the other hand, the Jet 90 has a 4-level telescopic wand. In other other words, the wand length of the Jet 90 can be adjusted with 4 levels. This will offer better versatility when cleaning different surfaces.
These two vacuums have the same control buttons, which are placed in easy-to-access positions. However, the Jet 60 does not have an LED display like the Jet 90. This LED display is used to show alerts when something wrong happens with the vacuum and which mode is selected.
Battery
The longer battery life is one of the reasons I prefer the Samsung Jet 90 to the Jet 60. They have the same charging time of about 3.5 hours, but the maximum runtime of the Jet 90 is about 50-60 mins, while that of the Jet 60 is approx. 40 mins.
As I often use my vacuum in the Mid suction mode to clean the carpets and hard floors. The battery is nearly 30 mins. I also purchased an extra battery to have more times to clean my whole apartment. Fortunately, with the Samsum Jet 90, I can recharge two batteries at the same time.

Attachments
Samsung Jet 90 has more attachments than the Jet 60. The addition of the Flex Tool and the dual-charging station is great to improve the cleaning versatility and convenience. Besides, the Samsung Jet 90 Complete has a mini motorized tool for better performance of pet-hair cleaning on upholstery.
I do like the dual-charging station of the Jet 90 because it has an additional charging dock for recharging the second battery. The standing station is also sturdy and well-built, so I do not need to drill holes in the wall to store the vacuum. However, it does not have enough place to store all attachments. It has only two slots for the two most-used ones, so I have to store the other accessories in a bag or closet.
The mini motorized tool is not included in the Jet 60 Flex’s box, but you can get it when purchasing the Jet 60 Pet. Their accessories are shown in the following table; you can look at it for reference.

Samsung Jet 60 vs Jet 90: Similarities
The most notable similarity between these two vacuums is their dust cup capacity and filtration system. Specifically, they all feature a dust cup capacity of 0.8 liters. I’m okay with this capacity as it is enough for me to finish one cleaning on a daily basis, though others may find it a bit small.
In addition, their filtration system is a completely sealed HEPA filter system with 5-layer construction to effectively filter large to fine debris and even 0.3 microns micro dust. Its efficiency is claimed to be 99.99%. After using them for a while, I believe this number is reliable because I smell no odors in the released air and do not sneeze during the cleaning session.
Besides, the clean station compatible with these vacuums is a great feature for you to consider. This clean station will help you address the dust clouds when emptying the dust cup by releasing all dust content into a disposable bag with a push of a button. Yet, it requires extra expense periodically to purchase new dust bags, thus, this is also a drawback you need to take into account.
